So what’s a story master? At Kamp we don’t have film crews recording the projects we do, Kampers record themselves. But they are not alone, the story master is their main support with filming: training people, giving them advice, helping with special shots or finding ways to connect the different steps of a project with a narrative sense. Also helps caring for the camera gear and making sure all footage gets organised and delivered to the editors. It means a lot of teamwork and having an overview of different stories happening at the same time around Kamp so it has to be a social person. Requires some camera and storytelling skills, and to have a good perspective on sustainability and Project Kamp's story.
