The upper floor became our first warm place for winter with a nice stove and cork insulation. The ground floor room became a cool place for summer.
2. We invited more than 30 people to come
Throughout the year we made a few upgrades to Basekamp to be able to invite more people to come and help out. Woodworkers, makers, vegan chefs and many more. And we baked bread and pizza, weekly!
2. We researched different wood treatment
How can we protect our outdoor wooden structures long term? We started testing different treatment options to find what works best.
4. We found and cleaned a waterfall
We discovered an old well and a waterfall on our neighbour's land. We cleaned them up so they could refill with rain in the winter. Both are stocked with water and will be very useful in the future.
More things we achieved:
We have worked on much more this year. Watch our yearly recap video and check our annual report here below!
